Kim is a 2001 graduate of CCMT Newington Campus. Joined AMTA as a student, transferred straight into professional after being licensed. Currently celebrating 22 years as a therapist. After graduating, spent a year at Norwalk hospital in the medical massage certification program. This enabling her to create a wonderful practice mixing rehabilitation and medical. Originally starting her career working with multiple chiropractors.
Currently, Kim owns a practice in Uncasville, that has a more healing centered approach. Volunteer’s on the AMTA’s CT Conference Committee. Actively volunteer’s in Soroptomist of Southeastern Ct. and Southeastern Ct Womens Network.
Her background started in art, with an associate’s degree in graphic design from Mt. Ida in Newton Center, Mass. In the following years, studied art with many great teachers throughout Northeast, allowing the creation of many art pieces. Worked in Nuclear power, before finding her true calling in massage. Current degree, just acquired is a bachelors in human services with a minor in visual arts from Eastern Ct State University.
Spare time includes hanging with an almost 19yr old daughter working with her towards her goals of dance and college. Taking care of our pack of dogs. Teaching and creating art. Lastly, volunteering as Mystic Calligrapher’s secretary.
