Lore is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a Master’s in Social Work with an emphasis in medical care and community development. With a passion for education and supporting others as they navigate health

challenges, Lore brings a unique perspective to her work, grounded in both professional expertise and personal experience.

Born with skeletal defects and chronic respiratory issues, Lore spent much of their childhood in hospitals, developing a deep fascination with medical care and overall wellness. This journey ignited a lifelong interest in anatomy, physiology, Kinesiology, self-care and medical research.

After years of working in various settings and learning to manage chronic health conditions, Lore pivoted her career, graduating from the Holistic Health Practitioner program at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in Southern California in 2023.

Later that year, Lore moved to Connecticut, joined the AMTA and in December of 2024, opened their own practice in Groton, just a short distance from the iconic Mystic Drawbridge. Lore is gratefully invested in this community, and is eager to contribute to its growth and development.
