**Others First Award**

Do you know an AMTA-CT Chapter member who should be recognized for their volunteer work?  

Your AMTA-CT Chapter is looking to honor a chapter member who does volunteer work, primarily massage, provided in the larger or extended community.   Do you know someone who provides massage to charity, faith-based groups, relief efforts, disabled, sick, homeless, or elderly communities, etc.?

**Meritorious Award**

The Meritorious Award is given to honor a member who has gone above and beyond the call of duty to promote the AMTA and the CT Chapter, massage therapy, and/or the profession in general.  

The application does ask about the applicant’s AMTA service record. It’s OK if you don’t have all of the information, we can request it from the national office.  Please provide as much information as you can.

To nominate a chapter member for Chapter Meritorious, please complete the APPLICATION (to the best of your ability) and email it to Becca@BodyWorksCT.com.
