Saturday Oct. 8 was the 22nd running of the Hartford Marathon. 20 of our Sports Massage Team members volunteered their services. Amy Waite, Andrea Standard, Meghan Beatty, Meghan Fitzpatrick, Joyce Islam, Lani Roth, Tony Trujillo, Steve Crews, Eric Rodgers, Nancy Waddock, Tom Cushman, Kathleen McGoey, Chuck Blake, Shannon Saunders, Loucil Pichay, Karen Williams, Maryanne Daniel, Gwen Vartanian, Jody Clouse, and Cindy Russo combined to perform massages on 270 athletes. Student member Marie Raynor did an outstanding job managing the line, and Rocky Perez helped supervise. All of our new members looked very strong and confident.
