This year you have two choices for attending the annual meeting: Virtual or In Person! You do not have to be a conference attendee to attend the meeting in person this year. The virtual meeting will be synchronous with the in-person meeting.  

The annual meeting will feature:

• AMTA National President, Christine Bailor-Goodlander
• Chapter President, Mindy Michaud, announcing election results and awards
• Financial Administrator, Yvette Law, providing a financial update on the chapter

You MUST register in advance to attend either meeting. If you are attending in person, be sure to check in 15 minutes early. Name badges are REQUIRED on site. 

 

To register for the VIRTUAL meeting:

3. Complete the Personal Information page and click Next. 
4. Review your Agenda and click Next.
5. Click Submit and check your email for your confirmation and link.

 

To register for the IN PERSON meeting:
(This is for members who have NOT already registered for the conference. If you registered for conference and chose the annual meeting during the sign up process, you do NOT need to do this again.)

2. Click Register Now.
3. For the Registration Type, choose Annual Meeting and Lunch Only.
4. Complete the Personal Information page and click Next.
5. For the Annual Meeting In Person, change the quantity to 1.
6. If you would like to also join us for lunch, choose you lunch option and change the quantity to 1. 
7. Click Next.
8. Review your registration and click Next.
9. Enter your payment info and click Submit.
