State Statute Requiring Human Trafficking Notice

Notice To Be Posted In All Areas Where Massage Therapy Is Being Performed

The following statute was passed by the legislature, effective October 2017 requiring a Massage Therapy business to post an 8.5 x 11” notice regarding human trafficking. Failure to comply could result in a $100 fine for the first offense and $250 fine for subsequent offenses with possible loss of license.
